IRP is a full service general engineering contractor. Our past experience is shown in the ‘Projects’ tab. The variety of projects in our history will reflect expertise in many areas of construction. We have extensive background in Street, Road, and Highway Construction. We have been a prime contractor on new and reconstruction of bridges. We have worked on new and repairs on various airports in Southern Utah and Northern Arizona. As well we have considerable experience in other infrastructure needs from water and sewer systems to damns, settling ponds, and water treatment facilities. We have worked in environmentally sensitive areas and around various endangered or threatened habitats and wildlife. We have worked in isolated areas in Death Valley to busy downtown main streets. We have built parks from Crater Lake, Oregon to complete water systems in White River, Arizona. We have worked with individual homeowners and developers, and cities and towns. Our best clients are ADOT, UDOT, and NDOT along with various federal agencies including Federal Highways and National Park Service.

   We have permanent batch plants providing specified material in St George Utah, Hurricane Utah, and Fredonia Arizona. As will, we have portable batch plants that help us provide concrete in remote areas. We are very sensitive about the quality of our product boasting that ours is the best in Southern Utah. Tracey Stratton is the Division Manager and commits his life and time to quality products and customer service.


   Brian Stratton manages our gravel pits in Hurricane and LaVerkin Utah. More than 500,000 tons of aggregates are produced each year for use in Southern Utah. The products include road base, asphalt aggregate, concrete sand and rock, as well as other products for construction.





   Brandon Gorman is Division Manager. We produce high quality asphalt. We also have one of the premier lay down crews. They have received many awards and credits because of the consistency of the product and smoothness of the road. We would stand our asphalt crew up to anyone in the industry for quality work.




   IRP has a philosophy – ‘Make the best use of the land and it will serve you and the community best.’ IRP development pushes to do just that. IRP has sold property, developed property, or played a significant role in the Hurricane Community. One of the first developments of IRP was Pecan Meadows subdivision.    IRP developments will soon have some Town Homes on the market to meet the needs of homeowners in the $185,000-$225,000 range. We will continue with Park View Subdivisions offering a range of homes from $250,000-$350,000. Finally, we will have exclusive homes-sites to be built on ½ acre lots for the more custom home requirements.
