We would like to introduce you to Interstate Rock Products, Inc. (IRP)
We are licensed as a General Engineering Contractor in Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. We are also licensed in the State of Utah as a General Building Contractor. Our company has grown from a small three man operation in the 1950's to a company that now employees as many as three hundred full time individuals. The stockholders of the corporation is made up of predominantly the Stratton Family. Their family legacy of hard work has passed on from generation to generation allowing growth and success in a difficult industry.
The work experience of the owners and managers of this business span almost 5 decades and have produced expertise in a wide range of projects. It is our intent to show through this prospectus the types of construction IRP has done and that the structure on construction management, supervisory staff, and office can handle the projects we desire to bid.

IRP began in 1953 as Stratton Brothers Construction Company. In 1981, Stratton Brothers Construction reorganized into interstate Rock Products, Inc.
- This makes the length of business with the same owners over 53 years and as the current named business over 25 years.
